At Nirma Hub, we strongly believe in giving you complete control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy outlines your rights regarding the erasure of your personal information and the exact procedures to initiate an account deletion. This policy complies with the Google Play User Data policy requirements.

1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you request to delete your Nirma Hub account, the following actions occur immediately and irreversibly in our Supabase backend databases:

Permanent Action Warning

Account deletion is an absolute, irreversible action. We do not maintain "soft deletes" or hidden backups of user profiles. Once executed, your data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

2. Data Retention Exceptions

While your personal profile is completely destroyed, certain anonymized, aggregate system logs (such as generic crash reports without personal identifiers) may be retained for up to 30 days solely for the purpose of maintaining application stability and security. No personally identifiable information (PII) is kept in these logs.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

We provide two distinct methods to delete your account, ensuring accessibility and compliance with privacy regulations:

Method A: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account directly from within the Nirma Hub app without needing to contact support. This is the fastest method.

  1. Open the Nirma Hub mobile app and log in.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings.
  4. Tap the red "Delete Account" button.
  5. Confirm your decision in the popup dialogue. Your session will immediately expire and your data will be erased.

Method B: Web / Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you may request manual deletion from our support team.
