When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from our active systems, including saved academic marks, SGPA calculator inputs, linked coding profiles, and user preferences, subject to information that we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
User-generated content associated with your account may also be deleted or removed as part of the account deletion process where technically and legally applicable.
Nirma Hub allows users to submit content through community features such as Marketplace listings and Lost & Found reports.
Users are responsible for the content they submit. We may review, restrict, remove, or take other appropriate action regarding content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable policies.
Users can report objectionable content or users through the reporting mechanisms provided within the Service. Where user-to-user interaction is available, users may also block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly through Marketplace listings, Lost & Found reports, or other community features.
Academic materials such as notes, Previous Year Question Papers (PYQs), and other study resources are reviewed and published by Nirma Hub administrators. Students do not directly publish these materials through the Service.
Nirma Hub is designed for university students and is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
